Manager Job Description:
The Manager leads a department within the restaurant ensuring teams have what is needed to provide our guests excellent service and a great dining experience. Leading by example, positivity and ability to motivate and coach create success in this position.
Pay Details:
- Salary Range: $60,255 - $70,655 per year. Salary is calculated based on years of experience and Education.
- Training pay: $23.65-$27.73 per hour. Overtime during training is paid according to Oregon Overtime laws
- Managers receive a 2% raise upon successful completion of training.
- Annual raises based on job performance/annual review.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure success of Guest Service and Guest Experience
- Cost Control, Food, Bar, Labor, ordering and Inventory
- Oversee staff before, during and after service
- Provide training and coaching of standards
- Shift Planning, and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
- Ensure Labor law compliance
- Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
- Coach and motivate team, to support and align with company culture and business needs
- Implementing specials and marketing initiatives, scheduling and inventory
- Assist in Interviewing and orientation of new team members
About You:
- You have a positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor and passion for delivering excellent service.
- You work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with team and guests.
- Able to work 46-49hrs a week.
- You have a strong work ethic and are driven to succeed and grow your future
- You model enthusiasm and motivate others to follow your lead.
- Have 2 years as a server or bartender, preferably with training experience and leadership responsibilities
