Requirements:
Job Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure a capable and motivated team.

Plan and prioritize warehouse activities, such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer demands and deadlines.

Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure timely receipt and shipment of goods and resolve any issues or delays.

Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization and improve efficiency in material handling and workflow.

Enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high standards of performance and quality.

Communicate regularly with management, staff, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address issues, and solicit feedback for improvement.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
- This role is DOT (U.S. Department of Transportation) regulated and may involve operating company vehicles to complete deliveries. Upon hire, you will be required to complete Diverzify’s DOT Program BEFORE you are authorized to begin work.

Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles, with at least 3-5 years of experience and 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
