As a Membership Sales Associate, you are responsible for growing the Kaizen community through relationship-driven sales. You don’t sell memberships—you guide people into a better version of themselves through connection, trust, and experience. This role blends service, communication, and performance-based sales.

Guide prospective members through the full sales journey, from initial inquiry through enrollment and onboarding.

Conduct meaningful conversations to uncover each individual's "why" and align their experience with their goals.

Lead personalized, experiencedriven tours.

Build trust and strong relationships with prospected members.

Maintain consistent followup with prospective members and effectively manage the sales pipeline.

Drive membership growth by consistently achieving and exceeding membership sales goals.

Collaborate with Membership Director on strategy.

Represent Kaizen culture and standards at all times.

Ownership over KPIs that are built out for visibility into daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, & yearly metrics.

Compensation for this role includes - base pay & commission on membership sales. Additional incentive pay eligible based on individual and team performance.
