Sticker Shuttle is a Denver-based custom print shop producing premium stickers, decals, vinyl banners, and specialty materials for major brands and small businesses nationwide. We're a tight-knit team that takes serious pride in quality, speed, and doing things right the first time. Every order that leaves our shop has been touched, checked, and packed with care.
We are a small team of three currently (Justin, the owner; Tommy, the Production Manager; and Emily, our Production Assistant). We're looking to add someone who will care about the business and want to grow with it and into a bigger role.
As of now, we're looking for a hands-on Production Technician to join our growing business. You'll be working directly in our production space, with a focus on lamination, plotter management, and material swapping. This is a high-output, detail-oriented role where speed and time management both matter. You'll get to be a part of a bootstrapped business with the entrepreneurial spirit.
What You'll Do
- Lamination - Run finished prints through our laminators; monitor for tension, alignment, and finish quality
- Plotter Management - Load and operate our plotters; pop out stickers and inspect die-cut contours for accuracy
- Material Swapping - Load, change, and manage rolls of vinyl, laminate, and other media between jobs to keep production moving
- Quality Control - Perform visual inspection on all finished products before packing; flag and set aside anything that doesn't meet our standards
- General Production Support - Assist with order packing, keeping the production area clean and organized, and supporting other team members as needed
We will train you on everything. You do not need prior experience.

- Detail-oriented and consistent - you notice when something looks off
- Physically capable - comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift rolls of material
- Fast learner who can work independently once trained
- Reliable, on time, and takes ownership and accountability of their work
- Someone who is willing to learn and holds themselves to a high standard
Full-time: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
Pay: $24/hour (with room to grow)
Location: Denver, CO (in-person only, never remote)
This position does not include health, dental, or vision benefits at this time. We'd like to in the future, but we are small bootstrapped business still growing. 401k plans and matching coming soon.
