Schedule & Pay
- $15.50/hour
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Full benefits package
- In-office position located in Palm Harbor, FL - no remote work
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with shipping questions, shipment updates, and shipment quotes
- Handle high volume of inbound calls
- Follow up with carriers or customers
- Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate shipment information in company systems
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs
