Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently
- Assist with order fulfillment by selecting products from shelves using pick lists
- Prepare items for shipment by packaging products securely according to company standards and shipping requirements
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing lists, and organize stock in designated areas
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order picking & packing processes
- Capable of standing, walking, lifting heavy loads regularly, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Being comfortable using mitre and table saws for creating shipping pallets
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
