Job Overview We are seeking a people-person who thrives in high-energy, busy environments. In this role, you will help provide a positive experience for customers by sizing and fitting them for all upcoming needs. In addition, you will assist with products and enhance store efficiency and upkeep when needed.
We need one more individual to ensure our customers have the best possible shopping experience while avoiding bottlenecks during busy rushes.
This role is for Tuesday-Saturday. Working hours: Tuesday-Friday 10:00 A.M. - 6:30 P.M. and Saturdays 10:00 A.M.- 6:00 P.M.
Experience in clothing and retail is required, as well as prior experience with sizings and fittings. Alteration experience is a great addition. This role also provides a quarterly clothing bonus/allowance in addition to the hourly wage.
Duties
- Sizings and fittings for both individuals and Wedding Groups
- Accurately record all information within our system
- Help maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Assist customers with locating products or styling
- Checkout customers when needed
- Be a hard-working team player
Requirements
- Prior experience with sizings and fittings is required- experience with menswear alterations is a great addition
- Retail experience required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Focus and thrive in high energy environments
- Basic computer skills
- A proactive attitude and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers
