We’re seeking a dependable and safety-focused Part-Time Bus Driver to join our team! This is a split-shift position, ideal for someone who wants a consistent but short weekday schedule.
The driver will transport children to and from school daily. Punctuality and attention to safety are a must to ensure students arrive on time and return safely.
Responsibilities:
- Transport children to local schools in the morning and back in the afternoon
- Follow assigned routes and schedules precisely
- Perform pre-trip vehicle checks and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle interior
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of children
- Remain calm, courteous, and professional at all times
- Complete and maintain required transportation training annually
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Prior experience with childcare or school transport is a plus
Schedule:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
(Monday through Friday, split shift – perfect for early birds or semi-retired professionals!)
