PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Effectively communicate and assist our retail customers both in-person and on the phone
Processing license and titling – Review all documents and complete title and licensing for units sold in Wisconsin and out-of-state
Pay Attention to Details: Attentively handle cashiering, filing, data entry, bank deposits, and other responsibilities. Must be proficient in Excel.
Work as a Team: Maintain open communication with management as well as the sales, parts, and service departments. Communicate effectively with Markquart’s centralized accounting team.
Complete Work in a Timely Manner: Ensure that all tasks are attended to and completed quickly and efficiently
