The House of Hope Residential Reintegration Program at the Recovery Center of Niagara is seeking a compassionate Residential Monitor. The Residential Monitor will provide compassionate, non-clinical care and treatment that follows OASAS 820 rules. Our goal is to help residents successfully return to daily life.
De-escalate: Maintain a secure, peaceful environment by using calm communication and following all emergency rules.
Monitoring: Ensure patients adhere to the program schedule and observe for inconsistent behavior.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Rounds, documentation, and maintenance of accurate records.
Team Collaboration & Compliance: Work cooperatively with staff, report rule infractions to the Director, and complete shift notes and paperwork accurately and on time.
Client Support: Guide residents through daily routines, build essential life skills, and support individual wellness plans during day and evening shifts
Shift
Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday Two days working 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and to Three days working 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

One (1) year of related work experience
