The duties include overseeing, hiring and managing of staff, also including purchase, and acquisition of supplies, equipment, and organizing safety for the team. Answering inquiries, maintaining safety, updating and revising asset lists (tractors, forklifts, farm equipment, etc), respond to insurance company questions and audits, maintaining and updating information at varying websites, maintain appropriate levels of office and warehouse supplies, ensure compliance with labor, agriculture, and general safety regulations, and coordinate services with providers.

Office Manager duties and responsibilities
Hire and maintain personnel and have them work efficiently. Ensure facilities have maintenance, services, and supplies, and also ensure that all teams within the office, packinghouse, or harvest crew units are functioning well.
The specific duties can vary from day to day, but may include:
· Assisting the company president with scheduling management or staff vacations
· Write emails and correspondence to customers and applicants as needed, in both English and Spanish
· Hiring new staff for the sales, harvest, or warehouse departments
· Oversee projects and ordering of services and supplies for the operation
· Ensure Food Safety and other Safety Guidelines are being followed
· General business communications regarding employees, facility, and safety
· Onboarding and training new employees as needed
· Removing barriers to productivity
· Maintaining a list of assets for purposes of insurance and organization
· Ordering office or warehouse supplies online
· Contacting vehicle, utilities, and services companies, such as phone, system, power, fire/alarm, electric, dumpster, recycling, plumbing, a/c, and support machinery for support and maintenance
· Coordinate renewal of city, county, and state operational licenses and permits
· Contact insurance, or worker’s comp companies as needed
· Maintain employee records and keep a file. Arrange drug testing for new hires and/or worker’s comp related matters using online authorizations
· Maintain Indeed website up to date and answer any job listing inquiries
· Update or answer DEO connect on behalf of the company
· Ship items via UPS or FedEx when needed
· Answer email correspondence regarding our website, insurance, food safety, or other similar function
· Knowledge of payroll systems and benefits needed

Schedule Monday through Friday 7:30a – 4:30pm

Bilingual, English and Spanish is required
Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
