Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Generate and follow up on sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Insurance experience preferred, but not required
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to build trust and lasting customer relationships
- Florida insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
Pay: $41,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
