Job Summary
We are seeking motivated, driven, and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representatives to help us grow across the Shreveport market.
This is a field- based sales role for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating opportunities, and closing deals. You'll meet homeowners and property owners, perform site inspections, build estimates, present solutions and help customers move confidently through the sales process.

What You'll Do
Generate & Convert Leads
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, neighborhood marketing, networking, and inbound inquiries
- Respond quickly to new leads and maintain strong follow-up
- Qualify opportunities based on project scope, urgency, budget, and decision-makers
Conduct Inspections
- Visit residential and commercial properties for roofing and construction assessments
- Take photos, measurements, and detailed notes
- Identify project needs and scope requirements for estimating
Build & Close Proposals
- Prepare estimates using company pricing tools and templates
- Present solutions clearly and professionally
- Follow up consistently until the opportunity is won or lost
- Collect signed agreements, deposits, and required documentation
Manage Pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and next steps
- Keep all leads moving through the pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure strong communication and execution
Customer Experience & Referrals
- Maintain communication throughout project completion
- Support smooth handoff to operations
- Request reviews, referrals, and identify additional opportunities

- Comfortable working in the field and climbing ladders when needed
- Tech-savvy with CRM and mobile apps
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Preferred Experience
- Outside sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Roofing, construction, solar, home improvement, or insurance claims experience preferred
- Bilingual is a plus

Compensation Range
$60,000 – $200,000+ annually
