Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates in both Spanish and English to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates through proactive communication and personalized engagement.
- Utilize talent management software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, or Bullhorn to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Lead high-volume recruitment efforts across multiple roles by employing innovative sourcing strategies such as social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and campus recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices while adhering to HR legal standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams on succession planning, employee orientation, contracts, employee evaluation, and employee relations initiatives.
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage talent effectively through all stages of the recruiting process.
- Experience in HR sourcing, executive recruiting, technical recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments.
- Proficiency with talent management software such as Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, or Workday; familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse or Bullhorn is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition and HR legal compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing via social media management platforms like LinkedIn or Facebook; adept at research for lead generation.
- Skilled in relationship management with clients and candidates to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Experience with HR systems such as ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro; familiarity with HR legal frameworks including employment law is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in contracts, employee orientation materials, and employee evaluations.
