Purpose:
The Marketing Assistant serves on the Marketing Team as a forward-thinking partner who demonstrates ownership over a defined external-facing strategy aimed at growing sales and building the brand in the community, and a defined internal-facing strategy aimed at employee retention and satisfaction. He/she embodies Chick-fil-A's values and serves as an ambassador to the community.
Requirements:

Ability to work at least 30 hrs/wk (at least one opening and one closing per week and Saturday availability)

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing the annual marketing plan to build/drive external sales through various channels (Catering, Chick-fil-A Team Led Delivery, Family Nights, etc.) and boost employee satisfaction:

Assist in developing a plan to ensure Emotional Connections Marketing (ECM) daily and REMARKable experiences are taking place
-
Create and execute in-store and outside marketing activities
-
Ensure the Chick-fil-A Cow is leveraged as needed (Cow mascot, plush cow)

Involve the team in community-wide events
-
Enhance the program for weekly team member recognition based on performance
-
Assist our program for monthly team member recognition associated with special events
-
Work alongside the team for market-level initiatives and leverage individual, as well as store-focused activities
-
Assist with the execution of events
-
Manage the store website and social media presence on all applicable platforms
-
Effectively respond to and manage CARES through Spotlight promptly
-
Daily review of CARES to promptly respond to guest complaints
-
Conduct weekly CARES analysis to identify trends and utilize the data to drive initiatives for restaurant growth and opportunities for improvement and/or praise.

Build and manage relationships with Chick-fil-A guests

Attend community meetings as a restaurant representative to build and maintain relationships with business partners (schools, businesses, hospitals, etc.)

Train and develop team/guests on the \@CFA One App\

Ensure promotions are properly advertised (signage, social media, etc.)

Manage physical store ambiance and presentation.
