"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Neuro Telemetry unit in a high-acuity acute care hospital. The RN will provide care for neurologic and telemetry-monitored patients while supporting clinical decision-making and rapid response needs.
- Provide direct nursing care to neuro telemetry patients
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and neurological status changes
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Manage IVs, central lines, and vascular access devices
- Assist with respiratory support including oxygen therapy and non-invasive ventilation
- Care for patients with stroke, seizures, and neurological disorders
- Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate care as needed
- Participate in rapid response and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of MS/Tele or Neuro experience (1st time travelers accepted)
- BLS certification required
- Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
- Ability to manage neuro and medical-surgical patient populations
- Experience in acute care hospital setting preferred
