Soar Therapy & Integrated Wellness is an outpatient mental health and wellness practice serving adolescents (13+) and adults throughout Northern Virginia. Resident in Counseling (or license-eligible) in Virginia.

A reflective, relational, and collaborative clinician who enjoys working as part of a team.

Someone who is excited to contribute beyond individual therapy through groups, workshops, community outreach, program development, or other practice initiatives.

Experience with or interest in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or other integrative treatment modalities.

A willingness to learn and be trained in specialty services offered by the practice, including EMDR, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and other evidence-informed interventions.

A commitment to providing high-quality client care.

Position Details
Full-time, hybrid position

3 in-office days per week required
-
Availability between 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Target caseload of 26 client sessions per week
Part-Time, hybrid Position

2 in-office days
-
Availability during one of the following scheduling blocks:

10:00 AM–2:00 PM, or

2:30 PM–7:30 PM

Opportunity to increase caseload over time if desired.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe clinicians do their best work when they are supported, not just compensated. Our model is designed to provide mentorship, operational support, and opportunities for long-term professional growth.

Compensation:
$42 - $45 hourly flat rate
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy to adolescents (13+) and adults.
-
Develop treatment plans and deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care tailored to each client's needs.

Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and other required records within practice standards.

Maintain a target caseload of completed client sessions based on full-time or part-time employment status.

Participate in individual supervision, group supervision, case consultation, staff meetings, and ongoing clinical training.

Collaborate with colleagues to provide coordinated, client-centered care and contribute to a supportive, team-based clinical environment.

Engage in continuous professional growth by integrating feedback, expanding clinical skills, and learning new evidence-based treatment approaches.

Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards in accordance with Virginia regulations and your professional code of ethics.
Qualifications:-
Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Counseling Psychology.

Active Virginia Resident in Counseling or eligible for Virginia residency.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
