We are seeking an experienced Regional Administrator to support and oversee clinical operations across multiple partner facilities in Central Pennsylvania.
Position Overview
The Regional Administrator provides operational leadership, supervision, and field support to our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and Therapists. This role ensures providers are supported, facilities are well-serviced, and day-to-day operations run efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with facility partners.
This is a travel-based leadership role covering Lock Haven, Danville, Coal Township, and Bloomsburg, PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support PMHNPs and Therapists across assigned facilities
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Balanced Wellbeing and partner facilities
- Conduct routine facility visits to ensure service quality and provider support
- Adjust provider schedules to meet the clinical needs of facilities and patients
- Assist with provider onboarding, training, and performance management
- Spend up to 6 hours onsite in facilities on non-office days providing in-person training and support to newly hired employees
- Attend weekly meetings focused on ongoing staff education and development (Providers and Administrative Staff)
- Participate in quarterly leadership meetings to review company growth initiatives and provider performance metrics
- Supervise a Medical Assistant who supports regional operations and providers, ensuring assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Review payroll-related documentation, provider payout forms, and compensation submissions to confirm accuracy prior to processing
- Monitor productivity, workflow, and documentation compliance
- Support scheduling coordination and coverage needs
- Engage in business development efforts to strengthen and grow facility partnerships
- Address operational concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain consistent communication with executive and clinical leadership
Qualifications
- Required: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or higher nursing credential
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience required
- Experience working in nursing homes, skilled nursing, or assisted living environments strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to work across clinical and administrative teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
- Comfortable working in a travel-based, field leadership role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
