Job Title: Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

Pay: $60K-$70K

About The Company:
Our client is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support and enhance enterprise learning initiatives. This role plays a critical part in managing learning technology, supporting employee development programs, and providing valuable training insights through reporting and analytics.
Job Description:
The LMS Administrator is responsible for the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's learning management system. This individual will oversee training content deployment, user management, reporting, and platform support while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver an effective learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer the learning management system, including user access, permissions, organizational structures, and course catalogs.
- Configure, publish, and manage online learning content, certification programs, training curricula, and digital learning resources.
- Coordinate course enrollments, automated training assignments, reminders, and completion tracking to support organizational compliance requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS-related questions, troubleshooting user issues and collaborating with technical support teams as needed.
- Evaluate and support new system features, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
- Create and maintain administrative documentation, training guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Generate recurring and on-demand reports related to learning activity, compliance performance, certification status, and learner engagement.
- Monitor learning metrics and identify opportunities to improve training participation, completion rates, and overall program effectiveness.
- Support stakeholders by developing reports, dashboards, and data insights that help measure training impact and business outcomes.
- Perform routine audits of LMS records to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies when identified.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience working within the Absorb LMS platform is required.
- Strong understanding of LMS configurations, learning administration processes, and training workflows.
- Comfortable working with reporting tools, data analysis, and system-generated metrics.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Additional Details:
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, single sign-on (SSO), and system integrations is a plus.
