Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating assistance as a Host/Hostess if needed
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues professionally, and fostering positive guest relations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Proven ability in upselling menu items to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction
- Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, and basic math for cash handling
- Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities

Pay: $80.00 - $250.00 per day
