A budding craftsman with a steady hand, a deep reverence for the medium, and a genuine passion for the craft.
This apprenticeship is both a place of learning and a path toward mastery. You will work alongside experienced makers and designers, developing foundational skills in our ceramics department while contributing meaningfully to production. Whether your focus is the meditative precision of glazing, the technical discipline of hand finishing, or the structural understanding of pouring and forming, you will play a vital role in shaping the foundation of our creations, ensuring each object reflects both structural integrity and aesthetic intention.
The role is designed for those who believe craft is a discipline and a dedication. For those who see value in repetition as refinement, and in the quiet dialogue between hand and material. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, to build a long-term practice within a studio that takes the work seriously.
The Ceramics Apprenticeship begins as a 2-Month Intensive, structured to assess both fit and skill, with the intent to transition into a full-time role within our Ceramics Department. This position is hiring on a rolling basis.
