POSITION TITLE: Manager, HVAC / Refrigeration

Nouria Energy is a fast pace, fast growing retail and wholesale petroleum company operating 200+ locations from Maine into Connecticut with a corporate office located in Worcester, MA. We are seeking a motivated HVAC / Refrigeration Manager who can work autonomously and ensure HVAC / Refrigeration systems throughout the company network stays maintained. Typical responsibilities include:

Oversees and manages all HVAC / Refrigeration for the entire company

Responsible for ordering parts and managing inventory

Assign & Follow-up on work orders in the maintenance tracking system

Oversees / manages / routes in house HVAC/R technicians

Oversee third-party service technicians, negotiating vendor rates, invoice approvals

Compiling list of HVAC / Refrigeration equipment and recommended replacement

Participates in training classes to maintain license

Review HVAC/R plans for remodels & new builds
-
Manage HVAC/R budget

Keep in-house technicians training programs current and to date

Develop SOP documents

Maintain equipment asset tags

Set up preferred vendors and sites to order from

Create database of equipment and maintain list
REQUIREMENTS
-
Licensed in HVAC / Refrigeration
-
5+ Years field experience in HVAC / Refrigeration
-
Ability to work 40+ hours a week, with travel required

Valid driver’s license & good driving record

Proficient skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Good oral and written communication skills

Rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies
