Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

1. Ability to design and implement individualized behavior plans
2. Ability to provide, assess, interpret, and communicate age-specific data in response to treatment protocols
3. Ability to develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with other employees, patients, and their families as well as the public, across all age groups
4. Ability to demonstrate professional behavior by adhering to departmental and organizational policies and procedures, and assuming authority appropriately
5. Must pursue education or training necessary to perform at the level of competence required to incorporate the hardware, software, technologies, and ideas relevant to specific job responsibilities
6. Must be able to adhere to the principles and mission of the Institute
7. In-depth knowledge of and adherence to applicable ethical codes and standards
8. Ability to be flexible, multi-task, and manage competing priorities
9. Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic
10. Ability to manage staff by providing positive and corrective feedback on an ongoing basis
11. Familiar with various assessment protocols
12. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and facilitate connection to additional support services
