What You’ll Do
Depending on experience and project needs, responsibilities may include:
Carpentry & Framing
· Build and repair structural framing
· Install walls, ceilings, doors, and trim
· Read blueprints and follow project specifications
· Work safely and efficiently on residential and commercial projects
Drywall
· Hang drywall on walls and ceilings
· Tape, mud, texture, and sand surfaces
· Complete high-quality finishes ready for paint
· Maintain clean and organized work areas
Finish Carpentry
· Install baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, and trim
· Perform detailed finish work with precision
· Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Painting
· Prepare surfaces for paint or stain
· Apply interior and exterior coatings professionally
· Deliver clean, consistent results
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, or construction preferred
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $17–$22 per hour (DOE)
