We’re seeking a detail-oriented Entry Level Event Assistant who thrives on organization, enjoys helping others, and wants to grow into nonprofit program leadership. As an Entry Level Event Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring every donor, volunteer, and participant has a seamless experience from first contact to full enrollment in our charity programs.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Event Assistant
As a Entry Level Event Assistant, you will:
- Manage and process donor, volunteer, and participant enrollments with accuracy and speed, ensuring every interaction reflects the values of our charity.
- Provide excellent customer support, answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every donor or participant feels heard.
- Support fellow Entry Level Event Assistants and program teams with scheduling, task coordination, and workflow tracking.
- Help onboard new donors and participants, explaining processes clearly and professionally as a key part of the charity’s enrollment experience.
- Collect and analyze enrollment data to help leadership make informed decisions.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and participant experiences as a proactive Entry Level Event Assistant.
Who We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Event Assistant
We’re looking for an Entry Level Event Assistant who:
- Holds a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required!).
- Communicates reliably, explaining things clearly and following through consistently.
- Is comfortable with data entry, CRM systems, and digital tools to support our charity operations.
- Takes a proactive, organized approach, juggling multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.
- Has experience in customer support, enrollment, fundraising, or operations—a plus for any Entry Level Event Assistant.
