What You’ll Do:
As a Houseman, you’ll be a key part of keeping our hotel running smoothly and looking its best. Your role is all about helping our housekeeping and maintenance teams while ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting housekeeping with removing trash and linens from rooms after guests check out.
- Maintaining cleanliness in public areas (hallways, lobby, laundry rooms, vending areas, etc.).
- Keeping the hotel parking lot and grounds clean by removing trash from lot and grounds, removing trash and replacing liners from outside trash cans, and keeping dumpster area clean.
- Responding to guest requests promptly and with a friendly attitude.
- Helping with light maintenance tasks and reporting issues to management.
- Ensuring all areas are safe, clean, and guest-ready at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- A reliable, hard-working team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required – we’ll train the right person!
