Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing detailed information about vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, re-engage previous customers, and promote special offers or new inventory.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that enhance their vehicle purchasing experience.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track client interactions and progress toward sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support deal closing efforts and ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to sale.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities while adhering to company policies on confidentiality and data security.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette that fosters trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management systems; familiarity with automotive financing options is preferred.
