Duties and responsibilities:
As the Human Resources (HR) Assistant, you will:
- Grow the agency - Recruitment and Retention of staff will be your top priorities. This includes interviewing, onboarding, employee recognition and more!
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of social workers, nurses, support staff, and more.

Program Description:
Hospitality House is an intensive residential treatment program for substance use disorder licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports. We are dedicated to the goal of reducing the negative impacts of addiction through personal growth and change. The program serves men over the age of 18, and is predicated on evidence-based treatment. Hospitality House is currently inviting applications for a part-time HR Assistant position. Hospitality House is a 48-bed program and treatment is voluntary.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a human services profession or comparable experience working in healthcare/business administration.
- Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders would be ideal but not required.
