Job Description
· Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously for clients of varying sizes
· Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and per defined scope
· Perform costing and estimating activities for project pricing and billing purposes
· Oversee industrial projects including steel mills, automotive facilities, and chemical plants
Key Requirements
· Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, with industrial experience preferred
· General trade experience including steel, concrete, excavation, demolition, and carpentry
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and costing/estimating software
· Experience utilizing spreadsheets for estimating and project tracking
