Shop Helper Wanted — High-End Custom Cabinet Shop
High-end custom cabinet shop based in Frisco, TX, looking for a reliable shop helper. Work is performed at our shop and at job sites throughout the DFW area.
What we're looking for:
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid drivers license is required. You'll need to get yourself to the shop and, at times, to job sites across DFW (mostly Dallas/N. Dallas)
- Fluent English required (not just proficient)
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools. You do not need any of your own tools
- Willing to learn. no cabinet-making experience necessary
- Able to take direction
- Ability to lift and move materials, stand for extended periods, and work both in-shop and on job sites
What you'll do:
- Assist with shop tasks: material handling, sanding, assembly, cleanup, and general support
- Help load/unload and support on-site installs throughout the DFW area
- Learn the trade from an experienced team producing high-end, fully custom cabinetry
Pay: $18/hour to start, based on experience
No cabinet-making experience required: Prior cabinet making or installation experience is appreciated but not necessary. We are happy to train the right person who shows up on time, works hard, and is willing to learn.
