Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality system and ensure product standards in a solar manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Lead internal and external audits
- Develop and improve quality processes and standards
- Identify and resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of quality management experience
- Manufacturing background required (solar / metal / industrial preferred)
- Familiar with ISO systems and audit processes
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Chinese/Mandrian language is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
