Job Description
- Provide litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of civil cases
- Assist with drafting, formatting, and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
- Coordinate document production, review, and organization
- Assist with deposition preparation, trial preparation, and exhibits
- Conduct basic legal and factual research as needed
- Communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel under attorney direction
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files
Qualifications
- 1+ year of litigation support experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
- Familiarity with civil litigation procedures and court filings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with legal document management systems and Microsoft Office
- Professional communication skills and team-oriented mindset
