Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care.
- Maintain floor care by performing carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve surfaces.
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities like window washing or patio cleaning when required.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly; handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures to ensure consistent quality and sanitation standards are met across all properties.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and sanitation practices.
- Knowledge of outdoor cleaning tasks such as window washing or patio maintenance is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving furniture or appliances.
- Customer service experience that demonstrates professionalism and effective communication with clients.
- Familiarity with laundry procedures and custodial responsibilities enhances your ability to excel in this role.
