Mansour Legal Services, MLS Global APC is a growing California professional law corporation seeking an experienced attorney to handle complex transactional and cross-border matters for domestic and international clients.
Responsibilities: Advise on international business transactions, foreign investment, and corporate structuring; draft and negotiate commercial agreements, investment instruments, and cross-border documentation; coordinate with foreign counsel on civil law matters; provide regulatory compliance and risk management advice; communicate directly with Arabic-speaking clients and counterparties; perform mid- to senior-associate-level legal work on complex matters.
Requirements: J.D., LLB, LLM, or equivalent foreign law degree; California State Bar admission in good standing; 5 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate, transactional, or international legal practice; professional Arabic language proficiency (no interpreter required); experience with civil law jurisdictions.
Salary: $195,000/year
