Patient Concierge:
Luxe Forté Med Spa is seeking an experienced, polished, and hospitality-driven Patient Concierge to join our growing team in Cherry Creek.
At Luxe Forté, we believe luxury is in the details. Our Patient Concierge serves as the first and last impression of our practice, creating an elevated experience for every guest while ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and support throughout their aesthetic journey.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule and manage provider calendars efficiently
- Educate guests on treatments, memberships, packages, and promotions
- Assist guests in understanding treatment recommendations and next steps
- Support consultation-to-treatment conversion and retention efforts
- Coordinate follow-up communication and patient care touchpoints
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure the reception and guest areas remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Collaborate closely with injectors, estheticians, and leadership to create an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or luxury wellness environment
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments including injectables, laser treatments, facials, skin rejuvenation, and wellness services
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment options and pricing with guests
- Experience with scheduling software and CRM systems (Experience with Boulevard is a plus!)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, polished presence
