Requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
Experience:
10+ years in Data Science / AI
5+ years in R&D or advanced analytics innovation
Experience building 0 1 AI products or platforms , ideally in ambiguous or greenfield environments
3+ years mentoring or managing technical talent
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in modeling, algorithms, and statistical methods
Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/GenAI ecosystems
Experience operationalizing AI systems at scale
Domain & Strategic Skills:
Ability to identify high-value opportunities in complex systems (e.g., provider networks, payments, or marketplaces)
Strong product and systems thinking mindset
Other Skills: Problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication
Preferred Experience: Healthcare, provider networks, or large-scale operational systems
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing AI team; foster a culture of experimentation and innovation
Compliance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA and data privacy standards
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $210K to $230K. Specific compensation offers are determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s education, experience, skills, work location, and internal equity considerations In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.
