Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the cash register
- Handle cash transactions and provide customers with change
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning coffee machines, counters, and seating areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Assist with food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches or pastries
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing customer concerns
- Upsell additional products or menu items to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and performing basic math calculations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
-Must be able to work M,W,F and some Saturday 11am-6.30pm.
