Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage and assist with marketing initiatives.
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
Prepare, organize, and mail marketing pamphlets and promotional materials.
Visit job sites to capture photo and video content for social media and marketing purposes.
Assist in creating engaging content to showcase our projects and company culture.
Communicate with subcontractors regarding scheduling and project coordination.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and job-related activities.
Coordinate and call for required inspections.
Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation.
Provide general administrative support and assist with other office duties as needed.
Qualifications
Required
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable making outbound cold calls.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer applications.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting a team.
Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred
Bilingual or multilingual (additional languages are a plus).
Experience creating content for social media, including taking photos and videos and using basic editing tools.
Previous sales or customer service experience.
Basic knowledge of the construction industry or experience working in a construction-related environment.
Experience with scheduling, project coordination, or office administration.
