Busy Bee is a family-owned business that has provided friendly, reliable lawn and landscape services for over 35 years. We are looking for a dependable Crew Leader to join our team and help lead our mowing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing mowing crews
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing properties
- Keeping crews productive and efficient throughout the day
- Maintaining quality standards on residential and commercial properties
- Communicating with customers and management professionally
- Helping train and support crew members
Our crews maintain up to 18 lawns per day, so this position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working efficiently.
Additional work throughout the season may include:
- Lawn renovations (aeration, dethatching, overseeding)
- Landscape cleanups
- Mulch installation
- Pruning and property maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
- Lawn maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience leading or managing crews preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive truck and trailer
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
