Horne Ram Jeep is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy, customer-focused dealership in Show Low, Arizona. If you have dealership service experience, excel at building customer relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced service department, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and accurately identify vehicle service and maintenance needs
- Write detailed repair orders (ROs) and communicate customer concerns to technicians
- Provide repair estimates, maintenance recommendations, and explain completed repairs
- Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure timely vehicle completion
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Recommend manufacturer maintenance and additional services when appropriate
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high CSI scores
- Manage multiple repair orders and appointments in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Follow dealership and manufacturer processes for warranty and repair documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience in a franchised dealership
- Experience with CDJR, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Mopar, or other domestic brands is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Experience using dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion, or similar)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume service department
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Compensation
- $72,000 - $100,000+ annually
