We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. In this Sales Associate role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customers receive timely and effective support for their enrollment. Our Sales Associates will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, strengthening relationships, and supporting overall business enrollment success.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and enrollments
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer service experience
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to address customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions systems
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve service
- Provide product or service information and guidance to customers
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
