Be the face of one of the top functional medicine practices in the country.
Functional Healthcare of Omaha — voted Best of Omaha and ranked a Top 5 Functional Medicine Practice in the U.S. — is looking for a warm, polished Patient Care Coordinator to be the first and last impression for every patient who walks through our doors.
This is a concierge, cash-pay practice. Our patients invest directly in their health, hormones, aesthetics, and longevity, and they expect an experience that matches. If you light up when you make someone feel genuinely cared for, you're comfortable talking through memberships, packages, and financing without it feeling "salesy," and you thrive when the day is fast and varied — you're who we're looking for.
If you're coming from another medspa, aesthetic or concierge practice, a dental treatment-coordinator role, or high-end hospitality, you'll feel right at home.
