About the role
You will do the scratch prep that sets up the next day's cooking, from washing vegetables to making salsas, potatoes, and grains. It is a utility role in the kitchen, so no two days look quite the same.
What you will do
Prep ingredients from scratch: Wash lettuce and vegetables, and make salsas, hummus, beans, and grains.
Stock and rotate the walk-in: Rotate deliveries first in, first out, and have the meats, cheeses, and sauces ready for the morning line.
Keep the kitchen clean: Wash dishes, run trash, and keep the walk-in coolers organized.
Pay
$18.00 per hour.
Schedule and availability
Shift options:
Shift A: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Shift B: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Mandatory days: Sunday through Thursday. Consistent attendance on these days is mandatory for operational stability. There is zero flexibility on these specific days to ensure full production coverage.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28.0 – 40.0 per week
