Position Overview
As an Inventory Associate, you will help organize, receive, track, and maintain inventory while ensuring products and materials are stored accurately and readily available. You will work closely with operations staff to support inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming inventory and verify deliveries for accuracy.
- Organize products within designated storage locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock audits.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment.
- Label and organize products according to company procedures.
- Inspect inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory for internal distribution and order fulfillment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas.
- Follow company policies and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift and move inventory safely throughout the workday.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
