Patient Care Coordinator – Float (Glen Burnie & Bethesda, MD)
We’re hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to support two busy outpatient centers in Glen Burnie and Bethesda. This is a float role focused on keeping patient flow smooth, supporting scheduling, and delivering a strong patient experience across both locations.

What You’ll Do
- Check in and greet patients
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Verify insurance and assist with coverage questions
- Support intake, documentation, and EMR updates
- Help manage patient flow across both sites
- Assist with room prep and basic clinical support as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Medical office, outpatient, or hospital experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience with insurance verification or patient coordination preferred
- Comfortable floating between two locations
- EMR and scheduling system experience
Medical assistant experience is a plus (vitals, rooming patients, patient prep).

Pay: $25.79 - $31.06 per hour
