Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth and brand expansion of Kang Vape. This role requires a deep understanding of the vaping industry, including Georgia state compliance laws, advertising restrictions, and retail marketing regulations.
You will be responsible for building and executing high-performance marketing strategies across social media platforms while ensuring all content and campaigns remain fully compliant with applicable laws and platform policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven social media and digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance
- Manage daily content creation, publishing, and campaign scheduling across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with Georgia vaping laws, federal regulations, and platform-specific advertising policies
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement rate, CTR, conversions, and ROI
- Build and optimize influencer and brand ambassador campaigns within the vaping and lifestyle space
- Identify high-performing content trends and adapt strategies for viral growth and audience expansion
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches and promotions
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels while scaling multiple campaign funnels
- Monitor competitor activity within the vaping and nicotine industry and adjust strategy accordingly
- Implement structured reporting systems for weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reviews
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in vape, nicotine, CBD, or regulated consumer goods marketing (required)
- Strong knowledge of Georgia state vaping laws and U.S. tobacco advertising compliance
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Demonstrated success in KPI tracking, analytics, and performance optimization
- Experience running influencer campaigns and ambassador programs
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form viral marketing
- Ability to manage multiple content pipelines and high-volume posting schedules
- Familiarity with compliance-safe branding strategies in restricted industries
Preferred Skills
- Experience scaling lifestyle or nightlife-focused brands
- Paid ads experience (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads where applicable under compliance limits)
- Creative direction and content strategy development
- Strong communication and team leadership skills

- Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to inquiries and comments to strengthen relationships.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to optimize reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels; support outreach efforts for collaborations or partnerships.
- Oversee e-commerce marketing initiatives by integrating social media efforts with online sales platforms to boost product visibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
- Ability to develop compelling content tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
