Director of Social Work-Nursing Home

Salary: $95K to $100K range (based on experience)
A beautiful privately owned skilled nursing facility located in The Bronx, New York is seeking a strong and compassionate Director of Social Work.
Responsibilities of the Director of Social Work-Nursing Home:
- Plans and directs a comprehensive social services program which provides support services for residents and families.
- Responsible for coordinating all admissions and discharges to ensure facility census is kept at its maximum capacity.
- Participates in an interdisciplinary team approach to better serve the needs of the facility population.
Requirements of the Director of Social Work-Nursing Home:
- Must have LMSW
- Must have current experience as a Social Worker or Director of Social Services in a nursing home setting
- Must have current nursing home/rehab experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
