Don't know anything about plumbing?
That's great! We will teach you everything you need to perform your work correctly and safely.
Prior experience is not required, in fact, we prefer it if you are a novice! You would be hired as an apprentice - a helper to a licensed plumber for two years per state regulations. This position is not for the faint of heart. You will work hard; it is labor intensive. You must be self-motivated, move quickly, and be ready to learn!
During this time, you will:
- Participate in continuing education classes
- Earn progressive endorsements which will lead to an increase in pay
- At the end of the two years, you will be eligible to test for your tradesman license (paid for by us)
What Then?
Once you have received your tradesman license, you will enter the next step of your service with Patriot Plumbing (we will provide more info during the interview).
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- Driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50lbs+
- Ability and willingness to work long hours
- Pass a drug test & background check
- Reliable transportation
- Customer Service Ability
