Private Duty Pediatric Case- IMMEDIATE START
Location: Lyons, Ga
Pay: Weekly Pay
Schedule: M-Th (10am-6pm) Friday (10am-5pm) NO WEEKENDS!

Patient Overview
- Pediatric client less than 1 year old
- G-tube in place (feeding support required)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care in the home
- Assist with G-tube feedings and monitoring
- Support with daily routines and activities
- Monitor condition and report any changes
- VS and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with family and care team
- Supervisory Visits
- Medication Administration
- Physical Assessments

Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license (Georgia)
- 2 years experience with G-tube/G-button REQUIRED
- 1 year of pediatric experience REQUIRED
- Must have a CPR/BLS Card that is valid at time of application submission
- Must have a TB test that is less than 1 year old at time of application submission
- Comfortable working with pediatric clients
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Must be reliable, professional, and committed to scheduled shifts.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $51.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
