Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
- Manage cash handling duties with precision, including processing payments via POS systems like Aloha or Micros
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
- Assist with food preparation, food safety compliance, and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest bookings efficiently
- Support host/hostess duties by managing guest seating arrangements and waitlist management
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed during serving, handling, and sanitation procedures
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience with food handling, sanitation, and basic math for cash transactions is essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally
- Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, preparation, and serving techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hosting or bussing roles is advantageous but not required
